Deleting myspace page?

i have tried to delete my myspace page, i don't use it and fed up with constant messages from unknown bands and people

i deleted my account and it says i would recieve an email to confirm everything, i didn't so a few days later i tried again im still waiting for the email, is it possible to delete your page? im starting to think it isn't

I'm afraid to say this but that link doesn't work anymore. To delete your profile, you have to contact MySpace and tell them. Give them about 2 days and they should delete it themselves.

yes it's possible. you got to "edit profile" than "account settings" then "cancle account."

also, you can edit your page so you don't get spam. after you go to "account settings" hit the tab that says "spam" and you can pick what goes into your inbox

First, log in and click on "Account Settings" next to your page, then click on "Change Account Settings". You'll see:

MySpace: Change Account Settings

You want to click on the link "Cancel Account". Now you'll get the big warning:

"WARNING: Cancelling your MySpace account will PERMANENTLY REMOVE all of your profile information from MySpace, including your photographs, comments, journals, and your personal network of friends. This information cannot be restored. You may re-register your current email address after cancelling, but you will need to rebuild your personal network from scratch."

and you'll see this:

MySpace: Cancel Account

If this is truly what you want to do, click on "Cancel My Account" and you'll vanish from the world of MySpace, from everyone's friends list, and similar. You can then start over, or you can leave it alone forever.

i don't use myspace any more either I use yuwie now.
