AHH. Myspace CONSTANTLY asks for last names...?

Alright, so.

Whenever I go to add someone random on Myspace it ALWAYS asks for their last name. Now, I know there's a setting that can make you require a last name, but if I get my friend to try and add the same random person, it doesn't ask for the last name. The same goes with bands...

Eh. Anyone know how to fix it?

Are you younger than your friend?

Younger than 18?

If so, maybe the profiles you have tried to friend have the age restriction checked and that is why.

People can go to their Settings / Privacy tab and there is a label, "Block Users By Age:" Then a checkbox followed by "Allow users under 18 to contact me".
