Finding a singer for a talented band?

I have been in a band for a while. We have been going through singers really fast. We had girl singers but, we really want a male voice. We have gotten really good and even recorded a CD with instrumentals. If anyone wants to listen, go to myspace.com/ycforgottenroyalty . We need to find a male singer around high school age. What are some suggestions to do this. We have already posted an ad on craigslist and we are planning on posting fliers in all of the music stores around town. We might even put an ad in the newspaper. Are there any other suggestions people have?

Put out feelers through your network of musicians.

Have an open audition at your practice space.

Recruit a good singer from another bands. (This is fair) Hang out in clubs and check out other group's.

Don't wait for someone to find you. Go out and find the singers!

hold open audition that a good way to go. also go to show and try to see who you find. or why dont you guy sing. that would be really good. maybe that way you would go from singer to singer.but if that work find youself i good singer dont wait for him.
