(For the band page, you won't get much just doing a google on layouts. I tried that once. A lot of pages claimed to have these for the band page, but on further looking, I realized they were not really for the band page. My first clue was that they all had an extended network box pictured in the top right; which never even existed on the band page. However, some of the code in these layouts will work, on portions of the page.)
