Why did two of the original members of Fall Out Boy leave the band?

I know their names are Jared Logan and TJ Raccine, but I really can't find any information on either of them. I think I may have found Jared's myspace, but I'm not sure. Does anybody know anything about them, or what happened to make them leave the band?

Fall Out Boy's current drummer Andy Hurley has a long history with members Pete Wentz and Joe Trohman, all three were members of Chicago hardcore acts Arma Angelus and Racetraitor. So the guys all have a long history of making music together. Andy was eventually asked to join. Jared is NOT the original drummer of Fall Out Boy, but the recorder and producer of the band's first few EP's, most notebly Evening Out With Your Girlfriend. Jared was actually the drummer of 7 Angels 7 Plagues, where he not only produced the album but also was the band's drummer for the album. So it is easily confused that he was the drummer for Fall Out Boy as well; Jared continues to produce albums for a number of new unsigned bands (like Fall Out Boy in the past). Overall, he was crucial in helping Fall Out Boy record their first demo's and EPs. The original drummer of Fall Out Boy name was Mike. He can be seen in early concert footage of the band via Youtube, on the cover of Evening Out With Your Girlfriend, as well as on the band's page on Uprisingrecords.com, the band's original label. Both TJ and Mike left the band on their own accord. Musically neither member is believed to be active in any projects.
